Bad Saloon

Bad Saloon play on the first Thursday of each month. The four piece blues band is made up of the best of York's music scene with Pete Hull, John Hall, Gary Cole and Mal Wignal. The band will be playing excellent rock blues here every month from 9pm. Their performances are always electric, with an amazing atmosphere and rock blues filling the pub. You won't be able to stop your toes from tapping!

Jess Gardham

Award winning songwriter Jess Gardham has been a stalwart of the York music scene for a number of years. Having toured, the UK, Europe and the US and supported the likes of Kathyrn Williams, KT Tunstall, Martin Simpson, Tony Joe White (and billed with the magic numbers and the Shires) to name a few there is no doubt that the relaunch of Jess's solo career will make waves on the music scene.

Jess has also been taking lead roles in musicals including Hairspray at Harrogate Theatre 2018, The Buddy Holly Story at York Grand Opera House, Hairspray and Ghost the musical in February 2016 and Rock Of Ages in spring 2017.
